This is a translation of the Lithuanian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Lithuanian version prevails.
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit the website, send an enquiry, call us or order our services. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

We do not process special categories of (sensitive) personal data. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
3. How the enquiry form works
The website's enquiry form does not send data to any server and does not store it. When you click "Send request", the data you entered is transferred to the app you choose (WhatsApp or Viber), where you send the message yourself. In that case the data is also processed by the provider of that app under its own privacy policy (WhatsApp – WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Viber – Viber Media S.à r.l.).
4. How long we keep data
- Enquiry data, if no contract is concluded – up to 12 months from our last communication with you.
- Data and correspondence related to performance of the contract – until the end of the legal guarantee and limitation periods for claims.
- Accounting documents – for the period required by accounting legislation.
- Data of requests and complaints – 3 years from their resolution.
After the period ends, we destroy the data.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell data or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with:
- communication and email service providers through which we communicate (e.g. Google (Gmail), WhatsApp, Viber, mobile operators);
- the website hosting provider;
- providers of accounting services, banks;
- public authorities and courts where required by law;
- an insurance company – only at your request.
Some of these providers (e.g. Google) may also process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the safeguards provided by the GDPR apply (e.g. standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision).
6. Cookies and technical data
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service, so Google receives your IP address and technical browser data necessary to deliver the content. If in future we start using analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent before setting them and will update this policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- request rectification of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data;
- request erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") where there are grounds under the GDPR;
- request restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).
To exercise your rights, contact us by email at astrodynamics.lt@gmail.com. We will reply without undue delay and in any case within 1 month of receiving the request. If necessary, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
8. Data security
We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure: data is used only for the purpose of providing services, and we use password-protected devices and accounts.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
